Shipping Policies:
- We only accept orders to be shipped in the contiguous USA.
- We ship most orders within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Shipments may be delayed due to inventory, shipping and weather issues.
- We cannot take any responsibility of the shipment in transit(theft or damage) after it has left our facilities.
- All items that have been noted as needing to be shipped via UPS Next Day Air, MUST be shipped via UPS Next Day Air.
- All our sweets are handcrafted, therefore the shape, size, availability and color are subject to change.
- Actual shipping charges are calculated based on your zip code, and $1.50 packaging and handling fee is added.
- The day we ship your order from our store is not counted by UPS. No Delivery is either picked or delivered to you on weekends and holidays.
- Order Sweets on Commercial Address to save $1.50 in shipping cost.
Other Policies:
- Pictures on this site are actual pictures of our products.
- Avoid Sweet Orders on Thursday or Friday, we don’t want UPS to keep sweets over the weekend in their storage or on the truck.
- Avoid mixing Juicy and Dry Sweets
- Fresh Bengali Sweet and Motichoor Laddoo are very soft and may break during shipping.
- It is customers responsibility to provide proper shipping address, phone and email address, improper information my delay the shipment or may not be delivered by UPS.
- Your personal information collected at this site is not sold or disclosed to anyone outside.
